The Union Home Minister criticized the current Hemant Soren-led government, suggesting that its time was up. “Those infiltrators who have grabbed lands of our innocent daughters, I want to tell them that the time is up for the Hemant government and them as well,” Shah asserted.

Hemant Soren is currently serving as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. He has held this position since July 4, 2024, and previously served as Chief Minister from 2019 to 2024 and from 2013 to 2014.
Throughout his political career, Soren has been involved in various roles, including Deputy Chief Minister of Jharkhand from 2010 to 2013 and Leader of the Opposition in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from 2014 to 20191. He has also served as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha.
