Ellen DeGeneres, the beloved talk show host, was nearly unrecognizable with her new brunette hairstyle as she enjoyed a night out at The Farmer’s Dog pub in the UK. DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, were seen mingling with friends, including singer Natalie Imbruglia, following their relocation from the US after Donald Trump’s re-election.
A New Look for a New Life
The couple, who have been married since 2008, decided to move to the Cotswolds, a picturesque area in Southwest England, to escape the political climate in the US.
“There’s nothing more powerful than a woman whose time has come!! I can’t wait for @KamalaHarris to be our next president,” DeGeneres had previously expressed her support for Kamala Harris on social media.

Settling into the Cotswolds
DeGeneres and de Rossi have already settled into their new home, which they purchased before the 2024 election.
The couple was reportedly feeling “very disillusioned” by the idea of a second Trump presidency. The move to the UK seems to be a fresh start for the pair, who were seen enjoying live music and the company of friends at the pub.
A Night Out with Friends
The Farmer’s Dog, owned by British broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson, hosted the couple and their friends for an acoustic set by The Corrs.
“What a great night in the pub with @thecorrsofficial ..the way a good pub night should be ..acoustic set, a few drinks, great friends @jeremyclarkson1 thanks for organizing [sic] it!” read the caption posted by the pub.
