Josh Hall, the Tennessee-based real estate professional, has gone Instagram official with his new girlfriend, model Stephanie Gabrys.

The announcement comes amid his ongoing divorce from HGTV star Christina Haack. Hall shared a photo on Instagram on January 13, 2025, featuring himself and Gabrys sitting in front of an outdoor fireplace, with Christmas decorations and scenic mountains in the background. “Happy 35th to this real life [angel emoji],” Hall captioned the post.

A New Chapter for Josh Hall

According to sources, Hall and Gabrys have been happily dating for some time. “Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time,” an insider told PEOPLE. “He wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match”.

Hall is reportedly trying to live a more private life and has no desire to be a celebrity. “He hasn’t made a show of the relationship, but it’s not a secret,” the source added.

Christina Haack’s New Relationship

Meanwhile, Christina Haack is also moving on with her life. She is currently dating businessman Christopher Larocca, the president and CEO of Network Connex. The couple has been seen together at various events and even traveled to Italy in October 2024.
