Bianca Censori Could Get More Than $5 Million in Divorce from Kanye West

Rumors are swirling that Bianca Censori might be entitled to a lot more than the reported $5 million if she files for divorce from Kanye West. The Australian architect, who married Kanye in a secret ceremony in December 2022, is said to have had enough of his erratic behavior. Despite denials from their representative, Milo Yiannopoulos, the couple hasn’t been seen in public together for days.

Legal Expert Weighs In

Attorney Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers has advised Bianca to ask for more than the $5 million settlement. “California is a community property state and without a prenup, she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations,” Rahmani told The U.S. Sun. He added, “Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.”

Kanye’s Troubled Past and Recent Antisemitic Rants

Kanye’s past messy divorce with Kim Kardashian and his recent antisemitic rants have made it difficult for him to find legal representation. Rahmani noted, “Judging by his last messy divorce with Kim Kardashian, Kanye doesn’t have the stomach to push the case to trial.”

Divorce rumors began swirling after an eyewitness claimed Kanye and Bianca argued on the red carpet at the Grammys. Bianca is believed to have been staying at their new $35 million gated home in Beverly Hills, while Kanye has been living at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, reported The Sun.

Kanye’s Financial Claims and Controversies

According to Eton Venture Services, Kanye claimed he had clawed back his billionaire status, with a net worth of $2.77 billion. However, his Yeezy website has been shut down by Shopify after he tried to sell a white swastika T-shirt following another blistering rant about the Jewish community.
