In a historic moment, Kash Patel was formally sworn in as the ninth Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Friday. The ceremony, held at the Indian Treaty Room in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, was attended by Patel’s family, friends, and his girlfriend, country music star Alexis Wilkins.

Alexis Wilkins, 26, has been a prominent figure in conservative circles and is known for her contributions to country music. She made a notable appearance at the swearing-in ceremony, holding the Bhagavad Gita for Patel as Attorney General Pam Bondi administered the oath. Dressed in an all-white formal outfit, Wilkins stood by Patel’s side, looking at him admiringly as he took the oath.

A Blossoming Relationship

Wilkins, who has been dating Patel since early 2023, spoke about her relationship with the new FBI Director. “Everything else—political—aside, this man is the most loyal, the most kind, the most caring person…I’m gonna cry,” she said just as Patel kissed her forehead. The couple met at a conservative ReAwaken America event in October 2022 and have been together for over two years.

Alexis Wilkins’ Background and Career

Born on November 3, 1998, in Arkansas, Wilkins spent her early years in England and Switzerland before moving to Nashville, Tennessee. She holds a degree in business and political science from Belmont University and has made significant strides in her music career. Wilkins has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Chris Young, Joe Nichols, Sara Evans, and Parmalee.

Apart from her music career, Wilkins is also a leading conservative voice and serves as the press secretary for Republican Representative Abraham Hamade on Capitol Hill. She is a contributor to PragerU, a platform that produces educational content promoting American values.
