The pandemic has unfortunately shaken the entire world and is now trying to turn India into doom. But, let us not forget the future of the country amidst the COVID, the students. The CBSE and other board exams are a much-discussed topic when speaking of the consequences faced by the high school students. The CBSE 10 and 12 board exams have recently become a debatable topic across the country.
CBSE 10 to be marked according to the internal assessment marks:
The notice regarding the cancellation of the CBSE 10 board exams had been circulated last week. Recent reports speak about the evaluation of the CGPA scores. The Union Ministry of Education has highlighted that the results will be based on the internal assessment.
Meanwhile, several schools have already been conducting their practical exams since 1st April after maintaining all the COVID safety protocols. Few schools have even made the rtPCR test mandatory to appear for the test. So, for now, the students might hope to be promoted to senior high without any examination.
CBSE 12 holds postponed
Though the CBSE 10 is canceled for the present year, the CBSE 12 still holds postponed as per the DNA India report. Even the practicals have been put on halt, not even receiving permission to be started. Everything regarding the final school board exams now depends on the COVID cases over the next few days.
Till then, let us hope for the best to happen with countries like Germany, China, Pakistan, France, Australia, and others proposing to help India fight the present crisis. A lot depends on the next few days, and the exams would mean a lot, considering that the next level of life, college life depends on the 12th boards. Also, this generation is the future of the country, thus needing special focus.
