Jaipur, August 19, 2025 – In a glittering ceremony that captivated audiences across the nation, 22-year-old Manika Vishwakarma from Rajasthan emerged victorious as Miss Universe India 2025.
The event, held on August 18 in Jaipur for the second consecutive year, featured 48 contestants representing every state and union territory in India.
Manika, who previously clinched the Miss Universe Rajasthan 2024 title, was crowned by her predecessor, Rhea Singha, amid cheers and applause from a distinguished jury including actress Urvashi Rautela.
From Sriganganagar to the National Stage
Hailing from Sriganganagar in Rajasthan, Manika is the daughter of Kamal Kant Suthar and Shakuntala Suthar. Currently residing in Delhi, she is in her final year pursuing a degree in Political Science and Economics.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Manika is a multifaceted talent: a trained classical dancer, an accomplished painter, and a passionate advocate for neurodivergence. She founded Neuronova, a platform dedicated to reframing discussions around conditions like ADHD, viewing them as unique cognitive strengths rather than limitations.
