Hubballi, Sept 4, 2025 — As part of the 2024–25 MLA Local Area Development Fund, Hubballi-Dharwad Central MLA Mahesh Tenginkai distributed vehicles to specially-abled beneficiaries, reinforcing the government’s commitment to inclusive development and dignity for all.
The initiative aims to instill self-reliance, confidence, and social respect among persons with disabilities—recognized as integral members of society. Speaking at the event, Tenginkai emphasized the collective responsibility to empower every citizen, regardless of physical limitations.
