Hubballi Slum Board Housing:

In a push toward urban housing development, a high-level district preparatory meeting was convened at the Dharwad Zilla Panchayat auditorium on Monday. The session focused on the upcoming handover ceremony of Slum Board houses located on Hubballi’s Mantur Road, scheduled for January 24th.

The meeting was chaired by Housing Minister B.Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan and District In-charge Minister Santosh Lad. The ministers reviewed the final stages of the project to ensure that the distribution process remains seamless for the beneficiaries.

The news was also highlighted by Hubballi MLA Prasad Abbayya via a Facebook Post, emphasizing the government’s commitment to completing long-pending housing infrastructure in the Dharwad district. This handover is expected to benefit hundreds of families, marking a major milestone in the local real estate and social welfare landscape for 2026.
