Key Guidelines for Devotees:
1. Designated Coconut Breaking Areas: To maintain the sanctity and cleanliness of the temple premises, devotees are requested not to break coconuts everywhere. A specific free counter has been set up for this purpose.
2. Footwear Discipline: Walking with footwear on the temple platforms (Katte) or leaving them at the main entrance is strictly prohibited. Devotees should use the Free Footwear Stand located right in front of the Math.
3. Cleanliness is Godliness: Please use the nearby dustbins for waste disposal. The management also encourages devotees to participate in voluntary cleanliness drives within the premises.
4. Traffic and Parking: Devotees are requested to park their vehicles at least 1 kilometer away from the Math. Walking the final distance will allow more space for the chariot and ensure a faster exit later.
5. Safety of Children and Seniors: In heavy crowds, special care must be taken of children, the elderly, and those with health issues. It is advised to avoid bringing the frail into the densest parts of the crowd.
6. Plan Your Visit: Arrive at the fair early and avoid rushing during your departure. A calm exit ensures safety for everyone.
Shri Siddharoodha Math Jatra
The Shri Siddharoodha Math Jatra is more than just a festival; it is a profound expression of faith that unites thousands in the spirit of “Advaita.” As we approach the 2026 Mahotsava, the responsibility of maintaining the dignity and sanctity of this sacred space lies with every devotee.
By following these simple guidelines—observing cleanliness, respecting parking norms, and showing patience in the crowd—we not only ensure our own safety but also honor the teachings of Sadguru Siddharoodha Swami. Let this Rathotsava be a celebration of both spiritual joy and civic responsibility.
