In an extraordinary feat of engineering and faith, the Sri Ishwara Temple Development Service Association in Hubballi completed the construction of the new Ishwara Temple at Basavanagar Ghodke Plot, at Old Hubli, in exactly 99 days.

This rapid development has set a local record, proving that community dedication can move mountains—and build temples—in less than four months. The grand inauguration of this architectural marvel took place on February 18, 2026.

High-profile leaders and local citizens gathered in large numbers to witness the new structure’s sanctification. Shri Arvind Bellad, the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, graced the occasion as a guest of honor.

He was joined by HDMC Opposition Leader Imran Eligar and the generous donor couple, Mr. and Mrs. Hubballi Math, whose contributions were vital to the project’s success.
