RAICHUR: To strengthen the party’s grassroots infrastructure, the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) has successfully completed the land registration for three new Block Congress offices in Raichur district. This development marks another milestone in Deputy Chief Minister and KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar’s ambitious “Sankalpa” (resolve) to establish 100 dedicated party offices across the state.

The party often refers to these offices as “temples of democracy” for its workers. On Wednesday, legal formalities were concluded to transfer ownership of prime plots to the Congress Bhavan Trust. The newly acquired properties include a 303 sq. ft. plot in Manvi Town, a 10-gunta land parcel in Sirwar, and a 1,068 sq. ft. area in Lingsugur Town.

Key trust members, including Treasurer Vinay Karthik and Secretary L. Narayana, spearheaded the registration process. The party officially extended its gratitude to Minister Boseraju, Hampayya Nayak, and former MLA D.S. Hoolageri for their instrumental roles in securing these locations.

“Our President’s vision is to ensure that every dedicated worker has a permanent space to gather and serve the public,” stated a trust official during the event. The ceremony saw a large turnout of local leadership, including Block Presidents Govinda Naik and Shivananda Chukku, highlighting the unified front of the district unit.
