Karan Singh Grover left Qubool Hai or Zee booted him out?

Television actor Karan Singh Grover, who is known for the lead role of Asad Ahmad Khan in the popular TV show “Qubool Hai”, is no longer a part of the show.

A statement from the channel Zee TV released on Thursday (December 26) says that Karan has been asked to leave the show for his ‘unprofessional behaviour’.

Ajay Bhalwankar, Content Head of Zee Entertainment said that unprofessional behaviour will always be accorded with strict disciplinary action.

He added that no actor can hold shoots or dictate terms to an extent that it hampers the show. He also said that Zee TV will be initiating a legal action soon and also announce his replacement.

According to a source, Karan, who became popular from shows like “Dill Mill Gaye” and “Qubool Hai”, has been troubling the production team of “Qubool Hai” with his ‘no-shows and late reporting.

The creative team was having a tough time with his nonchalant attitude and could not tolerate him any longer. Hence the channel decided to replace him.

However rumours are doing rounds that Raqesh Vashisht, who was last seen in “Honge Juda Na Hum” may be playing the role.

However Karan Singh Grover or KSG as he is popularly called is not in town and has gone on a mini-vacation with his wife Jennifer Winget Grover.

But a source insists that Karan has bagged a Punjabi film and hence he has lost interest in the show as he wants to fully concentrate on it. The source said that he is in fact working on the film and has not yet started shooting.

However Karan accused Zee of stooping low to defame him and a victim of the channels ego. he said that his contract of one year got over after which he intended for leaving the show and hence he left the show as he was unwell.

Meanwhile Karan’s fans were seen trending the hashtag “#WeSupportKSG” on Twitter to show their support for the actor.
