RC Midtown Hubli in association with HDMC conducts mega vaccination camp

On the Eve of Indian  PM Narendra Modi’s 71st birthday, as per the directions from the Indian Govt, a Mega Vaccination Camp was Organised by the Rotary Club of Hubli Midtown and Akshay Park’s Apartment Association. The event was organized in alliance with the Hubballi Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) at Akshay Park, Hubli on September 17, 2021.

HUDA Chairman Nagesh Kalburgi inaugurated the Vaccination Drive. Er Gulzar from RC Hubli Midtown, Siddesh Kabadar, Vivek Jigalur from Akshay Park Apartment Association, Basker Head Nurse, Ramu, and other HDMC staff were present.

Rotary Midtown President Rtn Sushil Laddha, Secretary Rtn Sanjay Kunnat were also present.

The vaccination drive started in the morning at 9:00 AM and ended at 5:00 PM.
132 Covishield shots and 33 Covaxin were given including the first dose and second dose.

The total number of beneficiaries were 165

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said it was an unforgettable and emotional moment for him as over 2.50 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses were administered in the country on his 71st birthday.
