Photos: Salman Khan, Parineeti Chopra launch Suzuki vehicles

Japanese two-wheeler Suzuki unveiled two products – a scooter and a motorcycle on January 27. The products were unveiled by none other than Bollywood star Salman Khan and Parineeti Chopra. Suzuki added that it is all set to launch two more products in the country this year.

The Financial Express said on January 27 that Suzuki at present has 16 percent share in the domestic scooter space and one per cent in the motorcycle segment. Parineeti Chopra will endorse the new scooter model Let ‘S’. Salman Khan has been endorsing Suzuki the past two years now. He unveiled the new product, Gixxer.

Atul Gupta, Suzuki Motorcycle India (SMIL) Executive Vice- President has been quoted as saying that they are rolling out four new products this calendar year, including the two that was already unveiled.

The new scooter model will be rolled out next month and the motorcycle will hit the road by July. We do not know the price of the bikes yet.

Gupta has said that the prices will be announced at the forthcoming Auto Expo in Greater Noida , adding that the prices will be “very very” competitive.

The scooter that was released is a 110-cc model and the bike is a 155-cc premium luxury segment bike.
