England vs New Zealand T20 World Cup semi-final: Cricket live score

Willow TV and Sky Sports will telecast the Eng v NZ semi-final match live in the UK with live streaming available on NOWTV and Sky Sports Cricket.

New Zealand clash with England in the first semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup at Abu Dhabi on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. The match start time is 7:00 PM India time.

With India out of the World Cup in a rare occurrence, Pakistan and Australia are the other two teams playing the second semi-finals on Thursday evening in Dubai. India lost to Pakistan and subsequently got out of the World Cup championship for the first time.

New Zealand’s main test in recent days has been less their competitors, and more the setting of a grueling three Twenty20 matches in five days in the heat of the desert afternoon.

Adam Milne came in for Tim Seifert for their consequent win over India, and they have since made it four in a row with no modifications.

Pitch and conditions

The build-up to this big semifinal T20 WC match has been tragically overshadowed by news of the death of Mohan Singh, the main curator of the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The surfaces he worked on have been among the tourney’s best for batting so far.

The central strip will not be used as per Cricinfo,  suggesting no marked compact boundaries on either side to target in this match. New Zealand has won seven times and lost 12 games of their previous 21 T20 played against England overall.
