Indian movie “Gangubai Kathiawadi” starring Alia Bhatt in the lead role has collected Rs 39 Crores at the box office. The film directed by Sanjay Leela Bansali is based on a chapter of Hussain Zaidi`s book `Mafia Queens of Mumbai`, the film revolves around the life of Gangubai Kothewali.
The film collected ₹10.50 crore on its opening day and had collected ₹13.32 crore on day two. The flick extremely well on Sunday based on word of mouth collecting around ₹15.30 crore, taking its total weekend collections to around ₹39.12 crores.
