According to a Daijiworld report on July 24, the 31 year old who has been staying in Tasmania, has been accused for stalking two women in 2012 and 2013.

He has been found as engaging in excessive texting and calling in an effort to approach the women, despite their request to put an end to such behavior.

Case was filed against him by the police when he started self referring him as their boyfriend. Baliga’s lawyer Greg Barns said it was the colorful, romantic and emotional movies from Baliga’s own nation that has led to his belief of persisting until the women fall in love.
