After initially rejecting some of the Kansas Lottery’s regulations for sports betting in Kansas, the state’s attorney general gave full approval to them on Tuesday night.

Last Friday, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said the agency needed to address “specific shortcomings.”
