Many American states continue to provide stimulus aid to their residents.
Despite a decline in the unemployment rate to 3.5% in September, inflation stayed close to a 40-year high. Many households are forced to live dependent on this stimulus relief aid for survival as a result.
Here is the list of States providing relief to their citizens
Check if you are eligible for Colorado payment
A measure granting citizens of Colorado a tax credit of $750 for single filers and $1,500 for joint filers was endorsed by the state’s governor in May. Checks were sent to individuals who submitted their 2021 tax returns by June 30 in September.

Idaho
The Idaho Legislature’s September special session approved the distribution of tax rebate payments. The minimum amount to eligible residents is $300 for single filers and $600 for joint filers. These refunds are already being given out to taxpayers who filed their taxes on time this year.
All rebates should arrive by Thanksgiving, according to the governor. Using the Where’s My Rebate facility provided by the state, you may determine the status of your rebate.
Indiana
By November 1, eligible residents should get refund checks for up to $325. The maximum award for joint filers is $650. One check, two checks, or a direct deposit payment may be used to make the payments.

$850 was given to each of these taxpayers individually or $1,700 for a married couple. In June 2022, the first batch of relief checks was mailed; the remaining ones will be distributed when returns are received through the end of the year.
