Learning English the Easy Way

English is one of the many languages that are spoken in India. The primary language that a person must be able to communicate and fluently master must be their own language. Still, apart from that, English is a language that a person must be able to have excellent proficiency in as it opens up promising careers in mainstream sectors.

In all the mainstream jobs, such as health sciences, business, IT, engineering, production, sales, marketing or journalism, most of everything revolves around the English language.

It is important to know, understand, speak and read/write in English in today’s world to get a respectable job in a corporate company as English is the medium of communication where employees may hail from different regions and speak different dialects.

Many people struggle to speak and learn English and spend plenty of money enrolling themselves in classes and tutorials where they are given worksheets and books to read and imitate. This method of learning a language may be good if there is a consistent effort put into it, just like in school.

But most adults these days hardly have any time. For students who want to learn to speak and read/write in English fluently and those who are working and want to upgrade their skills by learning this universal language, time may be a constriction.

For all such issues, the best, easiest, and most cost-effective method would be to use short stories and novellas. Short stories are usually written in a tight manner with a very easy-to-follow storyline and a basic flow throughout, keeping in mind the simpler audience.

Unlike novels, short stories and novellas are easier to understand and easier to finish. It is one of the best ways to learn this language as the vocabulary is usually rich but simple, the grammar is basic and the style is also simple. The best benefit is that the reader can pick up a short story easily and at a faster pace.
