‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ director Peyton Reed explained the differences between Kang the Conquerer and He Who Remains in ‘Loki.’ Marvel Studios will explore the concept of time travel and alternate reality in ‘Ant-Man 3.’
Jonathan Majors plays the role of the antagonist. He is a talented actor, and this character perfectly suits him. Audiences are eagerly waiting to see Majors on the big screen. In an interview with Empire, Reed said that this time the surface would be different from the previous one, where he was smart and had good intentions. He stated,
“Kang The Conqueror in our movie is a very different character. He’s someone who has dominion over time, and he’s a warrior and a strategist.”
Reed said that pairing Ant-Man and Kang as hero and villain would create problems for the protagonist and the start of a new story for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is not confirmed that Majors will appear in any other projects of MCU.
Towards the conclusion of Loki, the character’s speech hints to the audience that Kang will be scarier in this film. In Phase Four of Marvel, the villains who have appeared until now have not received a decent response from critics and audiences. But Kang is expected to receive a positive response.
