3. Louisiana’s New Orleans
Program for promoting financial literacy

Participants: 125 youth aged 16 to 24 are either unemployed or not enrolled in school.

March 2022 until March 2023
Expenses: $660 each month for a year.
One hundred ten single parents or legal guardians of children in the school participated.
5. Chelsea, Massachusetts
Program: Direct Support Stipend Program
Timeframe: November 2020 to the present
Monthly payments range from $200 to $400.
