Chris Evans returns to the screen with a bang with his new movie Ghosted, co-starred by the beautiful Ana de Armas with a rom-com we didn’t know we needed.
Apple tv+ will release this new Chis Evans starrer on April 21, 2023, according to the Economic Times reports.
Who is in the movie?
Aside from Chris Evans and Ana de Armas, Amy Sedaris, Adrien Brody, Tim Blake Nelson, Tate Donovan, Marwan Kenzari, Lizzie Broadway, Mustafa Shakir, Mike Moh, Fahim Fazli, Marisol Correa, Gina Jun, Victoria Kelleher, Sasha Go, Bailey MB, Daniel Eghan, and Scott Vogel also appear in the “Ghosted” cast.
Ghosted also has a strong team behind the camera, including acclaimed filmmaker Dexter Fletcher known for his work in Rocketman and Bohemian Rhapsody. The narrative for Ghosted was co-written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers (who also worked in Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Lego Batman Movie), Paul Wernick, and Rhett Reese (who worked in Deadpool and Spiderhead). Thus the final result is expected to have jam-packed action sequences alongside facetious scenes and witty monologues.
What can be expected from the movie after the release of the trailer?
Apple TV+ has finally released the Ghosted teaser, which provides a glimpse into the lives of the two main protagonists lives, Cole played by Chris Evans) and Sadie(played by Ana de Armas). The two are briefly seen having a nice chat on a first date in the clip before moving on to more private scenes that reveal what makes them connect. The teaser teases a remarkably romantic drama focusing on love and compassion that fanatics of the genre are likely to relish.
Although detailed plot elements are still lacking, Ghosted’s trailer and synopsis paint a picture of an intriguing and enjoyable romance film. But from the trailer, it is certain that the film won’t have any dull moments.
Ghosted appears to have the potential to help Apple reinvent its services to customers. If it proves to be as popular as is anticipated, Ghosted might help Apple tv + to clear competition from its OTT market.
