A start-up firm called Wakefit has given a holiday to its employees on account of “World Sleep Day.” The employees were surprised by the holiday notice they got and the firm named this holiday a “gift of sleep”. World sleep day is celebrated on March 17, and this Initiative was launched to spread awareness about the importance of sleep around the globe.

The member and the student of the medical community, has launched this initiative and it’s hosted by the World sleep society every year. They conduct various exercises and events on the 17th of March, and the events and activities are completely free.
