'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' Day 5 box office collection: Ranbir-Shraddha film earns Rs 53.16 Cr

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (TJMM) has been rocking the box office since its release on Holi and has crossed the 100 crore mark in just 12 days! How awesome is that?

This movie is a hilarious rom-com starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor as two compulsive liars who fall in love with each other. The movie is directed by Luv Ranjan, who is known for his quirky and relatable films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.

The movie has received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike for its witty dialogues, catchy songs, fresh chemistry and fun plot twists. The movie has also been praised for its realistic portrayal of modern relationships and urban lifestyles. The movie has something for everyone – romance, comedy, drama and even action!

But what’s more impressive is how well the movie has performed at the box office despite facing tough competition from other releases like Zwigato, Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway, Shazam and Kabzaa. The movie opened with a bang on Holi with 18 crores on day 1 and continued to grow over the weekdays. The movie had a superb first week collection of 75 crores.

The movie has also done well overseas as it collected around 25 crores from international markets till now. The movie has been appreciated by fans across the globe for its universal appeal and entertainment value.

TJMM is definitely one of the best movies of this year and I highly recommend you to watch it if you haven’t already. It will make you laugh, cry and fall in love with Ranbir and Shraddha’s adorable jodi. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
