If you are a fan of Harry Styles, you probably know that he was recently spotted kissing model Emily Ratajkowski in Tokyo, Japan, sparking rumors of a new romance.
But what about his ex-girlfriend, actress and director Olivia Wilde, who broke up with him last November after nearly two years of dating? How did she react to the news of his apparent new flame?
According to sources close to Wilde, she feels “betrayed” by Ratajkowski, who was supposed to be her friend. The two women were seen mingling at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party just weeks ago, and they also attended Styles’ concert in Paris last summer, when Wilde and Styles were still together.
“Olivia is hurt and angry that Emily would do this to her,” one source told People magazine. “She thought they had a genuine friendship and that Emily respected her relationship with Harry. She feels like Emily stabbed her in the back.”
Another source told The Independent that Wilde has not spoken to Ratajkowski since the kiss video went viral, and that she has no intention of doing so. “She doesn’t want anything to do with her anymore,” the source said. “She thinks Emily is a snake and a fame-seeker who used Harry to get attention.”
As for Styles, he has not commented on his relationship status with Ratajkowski, but a source told People that they have been “friendly for a while” and have a lot in common. “They both love music, fashion and art,” the source said. “They have a fun and easy chemistry.”
It remains to be seen if Styles and Ratajkowski will continue their romance or if it was just a casual fling. Either way, it seems Wilde is unhappy about it and wants to move on with her life.
