New Jersey’s ANCHOR program, which stands for Affordable NJ Communities for Homeowners & Renters, is offering financial relief of up to $1,500 to help you pay your mortgage, rent, utilities, or other housing-related expenses.

The program is open to low- and moderate-income households who have experienced a loss of income or increased expenses due to COVID-19.
To apply, you must provide proof of your income, housing costs, and COVID-19 impact. You can apply online at www.nj.gov/anchor or call 1-800-ANCHOR-NJ for more information.
