Lenovo Yoga 3 reaches Indian shores with a stirring design, for a hefty price-tag

The 13-inch display is packed with a QHD+ display that brags a resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels, which is although lagging a bet behind the 4K display resolution.

It also gets the Corning Gorilla Glass protection. 10-point multi-touch support is what Lenovo offers with Yoga 3.

An Intel Core M-5Y70 processor is placed on its heart that gets clocked at 2.9 GHz. Graphics demands are met by the HD Graphics 5300 GPU. The DDR3L ports are fitted with 8 GB of 1600 MHz RAM.

Users could choose between the two SSD variants of 256 GB or 512GB SSD. The four-cell 44.8 Watt hour Li-polymer battery is well packed to serve the juice for the device for up to 7 hours. Also being bragged about is the JBL speakers, which also gets bestowed with Waves Audio certification.

On its connectivity front, the Yoga 3 comes with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 technologies and also offers two USB 3.0 ports, a DC-in with USB 2.0 function, and a 4-in-1 card reader that can support SD, MMC, SDXC and SDHC cards.

Lenovo has indeed crafted an impressive work with the built for its new Yoga series laptop. However, the Windows 8.1 running laptop may tend to fairly shade a bit due to its price-tag, which certainly proves to the big deal in a growing market.
