Suga of BTS released the pre-release song “People Pt 2” music video on Friday, April 7. The song features IU and comes ahead of his first official album, ‘D-DAY.’

In the poignant song, Suga raps and sings while reflecting on the past. He reveals after the video that the piece was created during Covid-19 when he felt as though he had “lost everything.” The song depicts the vulnerable side of a person dealing with sentiments of letting go and seeking more at the same time.
As per India Today, Suga did not share a mood teaser for the song before its release. The pre-release single will be followed by the D-Day album, which will be released on April 21, 2023. After that, Suga will start his World Tour, which will go until June 2023.
Suga and IU have already collaborated on the chart-topping single “Eight” in 2020, making this latest track their second song. It was highly well-liked all across the world, and the music managed to attain a flawless all-kill.
