'Suriya 42': See the powerful new poster ahead of title release

The much-awaited title of Suriya’s 42nd film will be announced on April 14th at 6 pm. The film’s makers have released a powerful poster featuring the actor in a fierce look. The poster has a caption that reads “The beginning of the end” and shows Suriya holding a gun in his hand.

The film, which is directed by Pandiraj, is said to be an action thriller with a strong social message. The film also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Sathyaraj, Saranya Ponvannan, Devadarshini and Ilavarasu in pivotal roles. The music for the film is composed by D Imman, while Rathnavelu handles the cinematography.

The film is produced by Sun Pictures, who have previously collaborated with Suriya for films like Ayan and Singam 2. The film is expected to hit the screens later this year. The fans of Suriya are eagerly waiting for the title reveal and are trending #Suriya42 on social media.

Suriya was last seen in Soorarai Pottru, which was a biopic of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath. The film was critically acclaimed and selected as India’s official entry for the Oscars. Suriya is also working on another project with director Vetrimaaran, tentatively titled Vaadi Vaasal.
