The 30-year-old presenter posted a photo of herself wearing a black sports bra and leggings, holding a pair of scissors in one hand and a piece of fabric in the other. She explained that she had to cut off the zip of her leggings after they broke during her run, exposing her to the public.

She wrote: “When your zip breaks on your leggings mid run and you have to cut it off before you flash the whole of Leeds.”

Her followers sympathised with her predicament and praised her for her sense of humor. One commented: “Oh no!
