Shaymin is a Grass-type Pokémon with two forms: Land Form and Sky Form. Land Form is its default form, which resembles a hedgehog with a white body and green fur. Sky Form is its alternate form, which resembles a reindeer with a green body and white fur. Shaymin can change its form by using a special item called Gracidea, according to GameSpot.
Shaymin is a very rare and powerful Pokémon that can use moves like Seed Flare, Energy Ball, Air Slash and Aromatherapy. It has a high base stat total of 600 and can boost its stats with its ability Natural Cure. Shaymin is also very friendly and loyal to its trainer, as it expresses its gratitude by giving flowers.

To catch Shaymin in Pokemon Go, you must complete a special research quest called Grass and Gratitude. This quest consists of seven steps that involve taking snapshots of your Pokémon, spinning PokéStops or Gyms, walking, powering up Pokémon, catching different types of Pokémon, completing field research tasks, and earning hearts with your buddy. Each step will reward you with items, XP, Stardust, and Pokémon encounters. The final step will reward you with a Shaymin encounter in its Land Form.
If you want to change Shaymin’s form to Sky Form, you need to use a Gracidea item that can be obtained from spinning PokéStops or Gyms during sunny weather.
You can only use one Gracidea per day, and it will last until midnight or until Shaymin faints in battle. Sky Form Shaymin has different moves and stats than Land Form Shaymin, so you may want to experiment with both forms to see which suits your playstyle better.
Shaymin is a very special Pokémon that deserves your respect and care. It is also a very useful Pokémon for battles and raids, as it can deal a lot of damage and heal itself and its allies. Don’t miss this chance to add Shaymin to your Pokédex and show your gratitude to this amazing Pokémon.
