Taj Mahal emerges as the top Google Street View destination in Asia

Tech giant Google has said that the Taj Mahal, located in Agra, India, has emerged as the top destination in Asia virtually on Steet View service.

Considered to be the monument of love and made entirely in white marble, the Taj Mahal happens to be one of the frequented places in the world.

The Google Street View offers panoramic virtual tours of the Taj Mahal, and if the records are to be believed, this Mughal creation has been on the top of the virtual destination.

The majestic Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal in Agra is also a UNESCO World Heritage site and sits on the banks of Yamuna. With Google Street View, people can access the Taj Mahal virtually.

The new findings stated in a statement by Google also said that people in countries like Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and India were most ahead in searching for Taj Mahal.

Google introduced Steet View as a part of Google Map and also Google Earth to help the users have look at places in 3D. With clear views available, it seems that the Taj Mahal has emerged to be a favorite.
