At a star studded event at the Yashraj Studios in Mumbai on Saturday, March 28, 2015, Delhi girl Aditi Arya won the title for fbb Femina Miss India World 2015.
She was followed by Afreen Racheal Vaz, who was chosen as the first runner up, while Vartika Singh was the second runner up at the 52nd year of the popular Miss India contest.
All the three girls will represent India at various international pageants.
The judges this year included Firoz Nadiadwala, designers Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla, actors Manisha Koirala, John Abraham, Shilpa Shetty, Sonali Bendre, Anil Kapoor, dance master Shiamak Davar, actress Chitrangada Singh and Sonu Nigam.
All the judges agreed that the chosen participants have more than just looks.

Other celebs like Paresh Rawal and Naseeruddin Shah were also seen at the red carpet, a report on India Today said.
Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandes also had performances on stage, while singers Shalmali Kholgade and Kanika Kapoor also performed along with Meet Brothers.
All the 21 finalist of the how were seen in saree gowns designed by Mandira Wirk apart from a special collection designed in accordance to fbb Spring Summer 2015.
The final five contestants also included Deeksha Kaushal and Tanya Hope, and they were accompanied by different TV actors like that of Gautam Gulati.
Rewati Chetri won the Reliance Digital Miss Multimedia title, while Vartika Sing won the Miss Beauty with a purpose title.
