The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) has released the results of the HSE (+1) or Class 11 exams on May 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The results are available on the official websites of the DGE, tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in.

A total of 8.2 lakh students appeared for the exams, which were conducted from March 13 to April 5, 2023. The pass percentage for the exams is 96.44%.

The topper of the exams is R. Dhanushkodi of Government Higher Secondary School, Thirumangalam, who scored 599 marks. He is followed by S. Aishwarya of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thirumangalam, who scored 598 marks.

The DGE has also released the district-wise pass percentages. Chennai district has the highest pass percentage of 98.56%, followed by Coimbatore district with 98.17%. The lowest pass percentage is in Nagapattinam district with 94.32%.

The results of the exams can be checked by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of the DGE, tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in
  2. Click on the link for the HSE (+1) or Class 11 results
  3. Enter your registration number and date of birth
  4. Click on the submit button
  5. Your results will be displayed on the screen

Students can also download their mark sheets from the official websites.
