4th Stimulus Check: Americans To Recieve Funds From Guaranteed Income Program In June

There will be multiple payments that are anticipated to be made to beneficiaries all around the United States in June, which is just a few days away. The majority of these payments will come from guaranteed income programs, which provide beneficiaries with stimulus payments of a fixed amount often once every month. However, one of the payments will be a tax credit for people who have already submitted their taxes.

Minneapolis Guaranteed Basic Income Pilot

Beginning in June 2022, the Minneapolis Guaranteed Basic Income Pilot will provide recipients with monthly cash payments until June 2024. As per the city’s website, 200 households were chosen to get the $500 payouts from this program, and they can all utilize the money any way they see fit. According to the program manager for this assured income program, payments for this program are processed on the twentieth of every month, and each member receives $500.

California Stimulus Funds

On May 15, certain Palm Springs, California, residents began receiving $800 monthly payouts. In March, thirty people were chosen to receive funding from this program; they are free to use this monthly stipend in any way they see suitable. Additionally, recipients will be expected to take part in research by Queer Works that will involve monthly surveys. Every six months, the program’s data will be made available, and the final analysis is anticipated in the winter of 2024.

ARISE Program

On June 1, 170 Alexandria, Virginia, citizens will receive $500 from the ARISE program. According to the website for the program, funding for it comes from the American Rescue Plan Act. Abt Associates, Alexandria’s program research partner, used a lottery selection method to randomly choose candidates for this program.
