During the meeting, PM Modi is expected to discuss ways in which India and Tesla can collaborate to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in the country. India has been making significant strides in renewable energy, with ambitious goals of achieving 450 gigawatts of renewable energy capacity by 2030. Tesla’s expertise in battery technology and electric vehicle manufacturing could prove to be valuable in India’s clean energy transition.
