WI vs IND 2023: India and West Indies Squadsa Announced

West Indies Vs India 2023 squad ;

India to play a two-match test series with West Indies, which begins on 12 July.  While many Indian players are already on their way, West Indies has too announced their squad for the upcoming series.

Kraigg Brathwaite to lead the  announced 18 men preparatory squad .

Kraigg Brathwaite has scored 30 tons in the first-class cricket and has been given the opportunity two lead the 4  time world champions in this format of the game.

India, who has announced their squad earlier this month, saw many of its player onboard for the West Indian Islands

While west Indies are still playing ICC cricket World Cup qualifiers in Zimbabwe. The players are yet to join the team camp which begins on 30 June in Antiga.

Players like Jermaine Blackwood, Joshua D’Silva have been given a place in the 18-member squad announced by Cricket West Indies.

At the same time, Jason Holder, Kyle Meyers, Alzarri Joseph and Rosten Chase have been kept out of the team.

After the camp, the team will go to Dominica on 9th July.

The first Test is to be played from 12 July. Meanwhile, many Indian players have also left for the West Indies for the series.
