Video: BTS V Greets Indian Fans with Namaste: ARMY says ‘This month is for Indians’

BTS singer V greeted the Indian Fans, his supposed ARMY, with a ‘Namaste‘ on Weverse as he chatted with the ARMY. 

As per the reports, the singer was on a live stream when one of the fans asked him to say ‘Namaste’, to which he readily responded and greeted them with Namaste. 

The ARMY got super excited at his greeting and reached the seventh sky as they started commenting on the live stream. One of the fans said that “This month is for Indians.” while another fan showed his excitement by saying that “YESSS I am so happy he said namaste.”

Comments like “Indian ARMY is winning” were also made, resulting in many fans’ engagement. 

As BTS V came on the live stream for only 6 minutes, many fans were upset for missing this golden opportunity.

While the other fans asked the singer why he is doing shorter love streams now, the singer replied, “If it’s the seven of us, then even (doing the live) for seven hours is possible, but it’s awkward alone.”

V has released three solo tracks under their name—”Stigma” in 2016, “Singularity” in 2018, and “Inner Child” in 2020—all of which charted on South Korea’s Gaon Digital Chart. He appeared on the soundtrack for the television series Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth in 2016 and released his first independent song, the self-composed “Scenery”, in 2019. The singer was recently in Paris for some work and shared some pictures. He has reacted to his fans after completing his journey back to Seoul. After returning home from the airport, He decided to hold a brief live session on Weverse and interact with the BTS ARMY. The live session began with V saying, “I’m back in Korea.”

It has been reported that some days back, another member of BTS, Jungkook, greeted his Indian fans on one of his live streams with a ‘Namaste’. That also greatly excited the fans as they saw their favourite singers embracing Indian Culture.
