Just recently, Lindsay Lohan’s family grew a little.
The actor’s representative revealed that the Mean Girls star gave birth to her first child with her husband, Bader Shammas.
After she engaged to Shammas in 2021, Lohan announced her marriage last year by posting a picture on her Instagram account and referring to Shammas as her “husband” in the comments.
“I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband,” she wrote.
The couple gave birth to “a beautiful, healthy son named Luai,” the representative stated. “The family is over the moon in love.”
The actress shared a photo of her in a bodysuit which showed her growing baby bump with the caption “coming soon” on Instagram in March to reveal that she and Shammas were expecting a child.
Then she wrote, “We are blessed and excited!”.
Since the news broke, Lohan has given followers a peek into her pregnancy, first revealing a baby bulge in an April social media post.
In another Instagram photo published in May, Lohan once more showed her baby bump.
In an interview with the fashion magazine Allure, Lohan admitted to receiving parenting counsel from her “Freaky Friday” co-star, Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis.
When I spoke with Jamie Lee Curtis, she told me, “You just bring the baby with you, and everything will be fine,” Lohan recalled.
According to reports, the two actresses are in talks to star in a follow-up to their 2003 Disney movie.
