'Wednesday Season 2': Everything you need to know

The first season of Netflix’s hit series “Wednesday” left some cliffs that fans want to unravel.

Will Tyler really be imprisoned in silence, or will she return to wreak havoc on the Nevermore Academy students? Will the exiles be equally accepted by the Normies of Jericho City? Then fans can expect fall 2024 at the earliest.

This release time also depends on regular writers and struggling artists. According to show star Jenna Ortega, the show had begun development two weeks before the writers’ strike began.

“We start preparations for the second season on Wednesday,

“It’s exciting. Just creating new stories and seeing where the characters go. It’s really fun to start these conversations. I think it’s going to get bigger and better, which is great,” the actor told Glamor magazine in April.

Pre-production for the second season will not resume until the Writers Guild of America has reached an agreement with major studios such as Netflix and the Film and Television Producers Guild. Of course, filming will not continue until the Screen Actors Guild meets their own terms. “I didn’t put in any more effort than I did on Wednesday,” he said on the Armchair Expert podcast in March 2023.

“Whatever she did Wednesday, all I have to do is play, just not understand his character. Is she in love? It’s not worth it.”

Ortega told The Tonight Show: “I think we wanted to step up the fear a little bit and take Wednesday out of the romantic scene and let her be herself and fight her own guilt.” Fallon in March. Ortega himself brought the change, but the writers were apparently “great” and had their ideas for next season.
