Writer Ishita Moitra in “Rocky Aur Rani kii Prem Kahaani “Moitra recently spoke about the movie.
This family drama tells the love story of Rocky Randava (Ranveer Singh) and Rani Chatterjee (Alia Bhatt) of different races and ethnicities. “It’s about celebrating your differences and screaming for inclusion. There are many reasons why we hate or judge someone, but it’s about overcoming differences, accepting each other and living with love. We play the same Stereotypes.” She told the news agency PTI.
“No one is perfect in the movies. For example, this (culture) is a cliché, but when you turn it upside down, you go deep, you like the differences… After all, they represent each other, they transcend (thing). Everyone understands that there is no perfect society, perfect person, or perfect love.
To break them, you must first create stereotypes,” she added.
