“Phantom”- the new Hindi movie directed by renowned filmmaker Kabir Khan was released in India and across the world on August 28.
It faced a lot of challenges before its release worldwide. Pakistan has already banned the release of the movie last week.
The lead roles are played by Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif. The movie is based on the book ‘Mumbai Avengers’ by S. Hussain Zaidi. The movie depicts the attacks of terrorists on Mumbai and portrays the characters of the incident.
The stars are enjoying their last leg of promotion for the film throughout the country and it comes as a shock to the filmmaker when the Pakistan court banned the release due to a plea filed by JuD chief and Hafiz Saeed, who is reported as the mastermind behind the Mumbai attacks.
The producers of “Phantom” are working their way out to find how a movie can be banned before it is shown to the audiences.
Interestingly, there is a report that suggests the Indian Intelligence agencies and the officials of Home Ministry have expressed their desire to watch the movie.
