Mercedes-AMG has revealed the all-new 2024 GT Coupe, a more practical and powerful evolution of the popular sports car. The new GT Coupe is larger and heavier than its predecessor, but it also gets a more powerful engine and standard all-wheel drive.
The base model GT 55 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 469 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. The range-topping GT 63 gets a more powerful version of the same engine that produces 577 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
