Ludhiana, Punjab (August 27, 2023): Four fresh dengue cases have been reported in Ludhiana, taking the total number of cases in the city to 97.
According to the Hindustan Times, fresh cases have been reported from different parts of the city, including Gopal Nagar, Women’s Jail, New Moti Nagar, Jiwan Singh Nagar, and Tajpur Road.
The health department has swung into action and is conducting fogging and spraying operations in the affected areas. The department has also asked people to take precautions against dengue, such as using mosquito nets, wearing full sleeves, and avoiding stagnant water.
