During the event, Ruben, editor of Jawan, broke the news about Shah Rukh Khan, expressing his respect for the star.
He said: “I’m grateful to Shahrukh Khan for trusting us. Not just one, but the whole busload of Tamils went north. He had the guts to do it. And as a person, he’s also a good guy. For example, he cut his own role from the movie at the editing table,” he said. He asked me not to cut other actors scenes.
