The recent episode of “Jujutsu Kaisen” was unbelievable and made fans go wild over the Toji’s iconic fight against Dagon and the awakening of the ‘King of Curses’ Sukuna.

There’s a lot of questions for the next episode about the father-son reunion if they are able to recognise each other or Toji only took Megumi because he was the strongest among those sorcerers.

“Jujutsu Kaisen” Season 2 Episode 16 Spoilers

In the episode there will be a showdown between Toji and Megumi. Toji, who has fallen under the control of chaos, is consumed by a desire to destroy anyone who stands as the strongest. 

Their fight is short lived and concludes when Toji recognizes Megumi. In a flashback scene he recalls a memory of selling Megumi to the Zenin Clan.

Toji’s inability to care for his son led him to make the decision of selling him to the Zenin Clan, known for their appreciation of the Ten Shadows Technique.

As his memories resurface he finds himself compelled to inquire about his son’s name. He’s relieved that his son doesn’t have the Zenin name because it means Gojo protected him from the clan.

Toji loses control and stabs himself in the head to ensure Megumi’s safety. Moreover Kusakaba and Panda will encounter a few curse users on thier way. All of them witness the battle between Jogo and Sukuna. When Sukuna realizes his power he unleashes his fire technique to defeat the curse.
