Suzanne Somers proved singer Miley Cyrus wrong saying that she and her husband are still getting intimate everyday even after 40.
The 66-year-old actress remarks were in response to Miley’s comments in an interview saying she believes couples don’t have sex after 40.
On Monday Miley was on the Today show explaining to host Matt Lauer that she is young enough to explore her sexuality.
The singer explained that as one turns 40, she heard that people don’t have sex anymore.
In response, former Three’s Company actress, Suzanne Somers said on Tuesday that she and Alan Hamel, 77, have sex ‘a couple times’ every single day.
She confessed that being on hormones; she and her husband have quite busy mornings.
Suzanne was making an appearance on “The Talk” show. The confession prompted the hosts and audience, to burst into loud applause and cheer her name.
Somers and Hamel have been married for 36 years and have been together as a couple for even longer.
Somers was prompted to talk about her personal life when the hosts started discussing Cyrus’s comments about the libidos of people older than 40.
