When are stimulus checks delivered in Texas?
The Lone Star State is expected to send out its checks by mail at the end of the month, by December 28, while direct deposits will be made one day later, on December 29, but there are some conditions to receive this economic aid.
In the case of Texas, annuity payments are issued based on the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) and are distributed on the last business day of each month.
Thus, residents receiving this benefit should check their mail on the days indicated.

If the check was cashed in the Teachers’ Retirement System, a copy would be sent with the cashing record, but if it has not been used, the original payment will be stopped, and you should proceed to apply for it.
The replacement check has seven to 10 business days to be cashed; it is recommended that if the original check arrives in the mail within those days, do not attempt to cash it again, as it will not be valid.
